dont think they would cap raise now as there is plenty of room to wait for the positive study results to drive the sp higher to above 20c then cap raise at mucher higher value with less net dilution to holders.
no need for a desperation cap raise now so it would be a foolish move and management know that. should be a good steady stream of news over the next 6months.
