I do not really know why. Do people still have faith in anything in Queensland? I had discounted that growth in the GEM book to just about zero anyway.
IMHO GEM would have been about $7 to $8 based on growth projections if u believed the Jason Roberts Queensland business development story.
I think $4.50 to $5 is still around about the right mark or FV for it IMHO but pls DYOR.
