yes and that is an extremely dangerous thing to say and probably means the market will indeed slip.
there is no one organisation capable of sustaining the world markets - they can only do so much. even if the FED does print heaps and heaps of money to sustain it - that will lead to such inflation which will push interest rates back up and then the market will fall anyway.
intervention can only do so much for so long - eventually a market will be just that, a market!! and it will always without exception come back to an equilibrium. I have no doubts any attempts to meddle with that will be met with disaster.
things look good for a while - lets look back in a few yrs and see what happend.
