Nothing but all rainbows and lollipops only the catch is they arent profitable and are struggling to make money. Not a single reasons is put up to explain why that is or what they are going to do about it but dont worry because they'll keep and eye on things... In other words, "we're just going to keep doing what we're doing and hope with blind luck that things will change in our favor". What's a great strategy, no wonder they are having problems selling the platform, growing the user base and increasing overall profitability.

What it should have said is, we messed up. We thought we knew what we we're doing and it's not working. We've figured out why and this is what we're changing to fix the problem.

That guy is literally the worst CEO i've ever seen. Where did he get his MBA from? a cereal box.
