This IS the worst case scenario... A CR, at lows, for "sales and marketing", at a non-essential time (mid year for US/Canadian education), with no pressing reason identified (eg: manufacturing to fulfill orders), and at a time when the SP should reasonably be expected to increase in the near term (Christmas results).
Unless they can demonstrate a very very good reason, in Wed Ann, for now rather than in 2 months time... then this gonna look like they're taking care of someone other than business.
