I've found over the years that approx 95% of SP's fall below their SPP price fairly soon after either the announcement or after the issue of the placement.
I had about 10% of my portfolio in PNV before the SPP. As soon as it became obvious the SP wasn't heading south I sold off a few underperformers and loaded up with a vengeance.
No brainer IMHO.
Good luck to all holders. The big boys are more than nibbling these days and management aren't shy about picking up the odd parcel themselves. The story is solid and unfolding.
