Dear Uncle Barry,

You state: "because surely by contacting the Sec, Andrew, things could have been sorted out and saved having the ASIC and ASX 'eyes' placed on the Company and its Directors for years to come and their every step well into the future."

I would hope that the Directors of this and every other company do everything within their powers to comply with the law and the 'rules' so that the ASIC and the ASX people are kept busy doing other things besides chasing down Directors and Company Secretaries and making sure they dot their 'i's' and cross their 't's'.

Personally, I'm crossing my legs at the moment and my fingers ... struggling with crossing my toes though.

Cross my heart and hope to die... eventually.
