Not sure about this theory of not releasing results so GF don't have accurate numbers. If the results were being released and the share price significantly higher GF will want to make sure they have accurate numbers before attempting a T/O. At this current seemingly low share price there is a lot more room for the math to be a bit out yet still pick up CDV for a bargain price.
