2.25mill of the 3mill options only vest if the MoU gets turned into a binding agreement....
On another note: There are quite a fair few listed & unlisted options on issue right now, all in tight hands I hope (Employees, Directors, MAC, Contractor, Corp Advisers). My calculations suggest there is $18mill worth of 'in the money' options & $20mill worth of 'out of the money' options. We should receive $2.8mill this year then a further $8mill in December next year etc etc, provided they stay in the money. Thoughts ?
