How will governments overcome the general public antipathy to U? China? No worries - they do as they're told. France? No worries because they've been running on it for decades. Everywhere else? Doubtful, because U is the bogeyman, they're all afraid of it. IMO, it is democracy which will disappoint the U optimism of last year. This is a great pity, because I think U is the best chance we have of stopping the world turning into a f*cking jungle.
