Ann: Trading Halt Request, page-2

FROM LATEST COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT..... ¨readily apparent that Argent’s shareholders will decisively vote to replace the existing board¨ (hence them jumping ship before they are pushed)

I guess the trading halt is to stop trading occurring between now and the meeting @ 1pm tomorrow WA time (since even votes already cast can be overruled by a vote cast at meeting so it still potentially could change....just not very likely of course!)

So we can expect ARD to open with market on Thursday ....but what price?

When the board changes were first suggested the share price went from 3.2c->4.2c within a day so I guess we can at expect a 4c+ price to start? The new directors are known to have followers who are likely to want some shares as are the new directors (so that of course should help. The two outgoing directors had sweet bugger all shares - less than 2.5 mill between them in their super fund and I think they will most likely leave them as likely a good investment now? So who is going to be selling now and for how much?

Thoughts/Estimates anyone?
