tsibis , I just love every time I give my opinion every one else thinks it is nonsense , including you . Most cash rich companies have a 75% didvidend policy , fact 1 . We have only 137 million shares on issue now fact 2 , we will raise money for DFS and may need to issue maximum 23 million shares , so after the DFS we will have 160 million shares on issue . The trickier number is what we will issue at production and at what price ? Well tsibis , the $400 million will be raised via equity and banks and more than likely 50/50 , so we will only need to raise $200 million , but lets call it $250 mil for conservatism . By this stage we would have moved on one whole year with all those announcements I previously spoke about , the project will have completely been derisked , by this stage at $4.00 a share we will have a minimum market cap of $640 million . So to raise $200 mil via equity you would only need to raise another 50 million shares . There is no way known we will have 4 to 5 hundred million shares , If you want to be a little more conservative Max absolute max 250 mil shares . Now if you sell lithium for above $10,000 a tonne which I used earlier we could concievably make $250 mil which would give you the same outcome as I proposed earlier . So please do not call my maths nonsense until you do your own research . PS tsibis all my numbers above is my low ball assumptions , don't be surprised if shares are less , profit is greater and dividend policy higher than 75 % . I ask you what does EMH need surplus cash for once in production , we will have 227 year mine at our PFS production .
