Have you ever had "the audacity" to renew a board of directors and the CEO for underperformance @pa31 ?
Accepting that there's no way I could do it at a large company like this one, it is important to remind directors and CEO's of their obligations.
I don't dispute CEO's are often self serving but there are few who have done more to address that relative to the side of their funds than I have - your criticism is unjustified.
