Dunno T4P,

I might hang in just in case of a sniff of a better
cash offer the trouble is these crappy script offers
often have strings these days, but got in at 86c so
can't complain (but I do);
Same as Coeurs offer for BSG I have been holding
since 35c now the development is cruising a crap
overseas company jumps in with paper.
