    baron..lol...you have two properties and own nothing....congrats....what has that to do with the price avocado's.....you say i am trying to put the fear in all...lol.....my god man wake up......The average home loan is 300k....thats 2300 a month in repayments.....interest rates a heading higher.....
    rent vs price....have gone beyond expanded equilibrium....

    baron2.....you make think martis has no idea...but i can assure you that .....its all about timing.. Timing a break is the road to quick riches....so i can assure you once again its a matter of time before the property market collapses
