Nobody is disputing it's speculative and nobody is disputing the fact that capital is needed
But in the world of listed spec companies, you HAVE to have people with the skills to attract wholesale and institutional investors to your register...it's imperative
DXB simply does not appear to have this and it is costing us all dearly
