it's held 3.8-cheapest pwr ever get In agreement with you it's held 3.8 in a view expressed. Powerlan is extremely valuable--it wasn't at 10c--it is though at it's 2003 low of 2c--for it has done it's worst--it can only get better from that point. Speculative. subject to risk--sure.---possum
