Caeneus Minerals Ltd (ACN 082 593 235) (ASX: CAD) (or “the Company”) advises that the Federal Court of Australia hearing listed to be heard today was adjourned to 14 December 2017. This is to allow the Company additional time to respond to ASIC queries received yesterday. The Company securities will remain suspended until the Federal Court of Australia grants the Company relief and ancillary orders relating to the issue of securities and the subsequent offer for sale, or sale, by some of the subscribers of those securities.
