"The company has continued to suffer a number of significant delays beyond its control and shall be requesting further extensions from DNI which cannot be reasonably withheld. Futhermore, a number of other matters relating to site mangement actions have been brought to DNI's attention. Cougar awaits a response from DNI on these significant issues."
Elcorp you think that these statements from the activities report even remotely compares what was said today by Randall in his PR? LOL. A worker jailed. Randall worried about his supposed possible jailing. other things that were said. Would a reasonable person await a response on significant issues with a company trying to put you in jail, and has jailed one of your workers in a third world country? This does not make sense. Why didn't Randall call his attorney an issue charges against DNI? I believe a responsible person who you say must has documentation like Randall, and likes to sue, and could have suffered health issues in a jail in a third world country, would have taken legal action against a possible wrongful jailing, plus the jailing of one of his workers, NOT AWAIT RESPONSE ON SIGNIFICANT ISSUES.
Randall seems to like to sue all the time IMHO, why wouldn't he take action at the time against DNI legally if he has documentation on what happened and witnesses,
and you call the statements in the activities report close to what happened according to Randall? Nope, the activites report did not say anything like that. Did it Elcorp? Why hide such abuse if it really happened, and you were afraid for your safety as randall has said.
