Just to add to the other advice (and I too would have made more by holding) — when you see a dip in price take note of the volume before worrying.
Speccy stocks can move a lot in one day on low volume, and although it looks bad on screen it means nothing. You've just got to ignore it.
BTW I've held CVN for 18 months or so and think it will go the distance. Have just thrown a bit into MHL (an amount I'm prepared to lose) in the hope of a repeat!
