Pretty annoyed I may have added to my position a day or to early but let's look at the facts:-

    1) zinc price falling while stocks fall let alone stocks to consumption ratios, which fall faster. Copper price fall last night spooked the markets and those in a bad position have shorted zinc as protection.

    2) for non company related issues a couple of big shareholders have HAD to sell, Contango etc. google it, it's a potential crime for some where credabilities are/will be be destroyed, especially if holdings such as RVR rally post them dumping it.

    3) option conversion/expiry happening now and holders have decided to take profits but likely to be holding net long positions.

    4) Company producing and drilling at same time and results so far are very positive.

    5) RVR is in transition from explorer to producer and management hasn't been clear on earnings profile (cash generation) v's required ongoing exploration costs to replace resource reserves.

    6) we are in transition from speculative insto shareholders to long term insto shareholders whom build models to forecast cash flow generation. These investors once in will hold for a long time provided management delivers.

All in all this I believe this may well be a no brainer, but hell sometimes things go wrong and I'm long and staying that way for the medium term at least!

    GLTHA, IMHO, DYOR
