Without Purdy's ARV is just another penny stock, be honest. Management chose to be tied to Novo by entering into the joint venture and giving them initial control. The only way to break the shackles is to sell the half share in Purdy' s.
Perhaps the boss is putting final details together to do so as we speak. If I was him Id be selling it to a holding company I owned so I could maximise profits for myself. Ordinary shareholders would then be happy with the remaining projects which DL is busy ramping up. Win Win for everyone?
