In your post 2 weeks ago you also started down the path of wanting Glyn removed, your concerns should be aired no problem but why continue to talk of changing our chairman like it or not your posts do undermine him ... and I am not the only one who has shared this.

Just share your concerns, but stop banging on about his removal or replacement,.. he has made it very clear he will only leave when he feels he has completed what he needs to complete and secondly not until he finds the right person.

It’s just not needed to continue to demean him the way you are doing this. I appreciate that is not your intention but others are contacting me directly and believe you are.

Let’s be patient, we’ve come this far, we are at the pointy end of a major agreemment and if anything we should be encouraging our board.
