srs is spending $1.5M to buy back shares at 3.34 cents from 92.3% of majority shareholders whom they hold unmarketable shares under $500
If they don't want to sell then they have to fill out the paperworks otherwise their holdings will be removed.

Let's get rid off them in order to pursue a DIVI in a near future.
