It would have a marked effect on the share price if a reasonable person passed on believing to be true, that a govt had been approached by a non contracted minerals or oil and gas company , and that they had usurped the original contractor's rights....thus potentially compromising the original company's perceived worth...

This I would consider information of an extremely market sensitive nature....information that you have implied.

My statement relates to the passive recapitulation of the already known health of a relationship between a company and a govt that it has a relationship with....

Read any of the company's related announcements and you will be assured that the working relationship between the holder of the contract of work and the Puntland govt is both excellent, and water tight...

Therefore, no matter whom ever approaches the Govt, or receives reconfirming statements relevant to and not differing from; that which is commonly known, namely the condition, status ,and health of a contract known to be sound, shall be deemed to be simply stating, that which has already been assumed, expressed,and or implied, inversely or otherwise, as public knowledge

It is common knowledge that men cheat on their parteners, just as the same can be said for business and govt corruption.

These are known facts of life.....

African governements are no more corrupt than western governments...Its just that western govenments have had more experience at honing the art form of cover up...
