xmas and NY with lots of staff and investors on holidays right through until almost Feb. - and, things slow down in the financial world -- if you need to CR before your next 4C results hit and the resultant SP does whatever it does --
when would you do it?
there is no way I would accept that a contract would be contingent on a company having X dollars in the bank ------- that just won't wash with me.
