I’m not all that concerned with the short term volatility. I could have bounced out and then back in from yesterday, but I considered even that to be a bit risky. With this stock, in this sector, with the neighbours 4CE has, and the general pace of news flow - I’d be worried I’d miss a major development that could happen unexpectedly. All it will take is a sniff from AVZ about a JV, TO or new OT deal, or an early ‘jump the gun’ offer for part of 4CE/MMR (which would be quite smart as it’s in a cheap, undeveloped state and has quite the upside potential) and the SP will rise much quicker than before.
+/-20% is nothing in the scheme of things.
I don’t think we’ll close today in the green - but my guess is slightly in the red or flat.
