If they raise the full amount @ 35c, then we have a floor at the very least, now if it was oversubscribed - that would make it far more interesting......& I believe that the new guys in charge are not cowboys like NC & truly have strong (good reasons) to be doing this CR - which as you say, could be the pre cursor to a new major order being imminent.....
I'm pretty upbeat on this news for once....
