I think that ARX will consolidate before it reaches 10c. 3.5 bi shares on issue is a lot.
I am sure there could be lots of liquidity if the short-term traders start pouring money into the stock.
I do the ARX management needs to be proactive in PR's since they cannot get traders to get excited about the prospect of pouring gold within 6 months when the stock is only traded at 1.3c.
