Mostly agree with you besides this point, with $9.5 million at the end of September was there a need for another $15 million?
The facility is fully drawn down yes but the loan "exhausted"? They haven't spent much of that cash yet as far as we know.
The jump in sales has to be significant for them to justify such a large raising.
