    Yeah thats the sort of figures I was thinking about. Assume that we still had around $9M in the bank in Nov 17 (cash neutral Oct?), why grab $12M usable cash?

    Is there a large order with a cashflow gap coming?
    Is cashflow lumpy and needs smoothing out?
    Is there some sort of target we need to meet to achieve a goal?
