Hi i know this question has probably been asked before, i have / had 800,000 shares in Arium, for a total amount of approx 43k, when can i claim this capital loss against other gains, what is the company waiting for, when do we officially say we have lost the lot, im going to have a huge profit next year, really need this loss to counter it, dont get me wrong, if they want to give me some of my loss back i will take it.
