Couldn't have said it better myself, I had millions of this stock and thanks to consolidation only have a just over half a million now.
They haven't done anything in years, I am surprised sino didn't do the low ball offer when the stock was a fraction of a cent.
I think they are even surprised by the recent price spike.
They aren't in any hurry they will wait for the price to drop back well under a cent and make their offer then.
