I've gone further into POH. I was thinking about the recent cash raise and they major shareholders who were contacted and agreed to put up more cash. I thought it would be highly unusual for them to stump up the cash just on the hope of a legal outcome. I suspect Ross has sold them a plan b; "look if we don't win the arbitration then we are in discussion with these companies and are well advanced" Rodan Fields shows that when Ross spoke at the investor presentation he wasn't bluffing. There are companies (multiple) doing there due diligence and are finding value in TPM. In the new year Ross is able to go to potential new partners and state "we have deals with Terumo, Credit Pharma, Thermis, Rodan Fields, Pure Beauty, Ashland." This must make any potential partner more comfortable to enter into an arrangement......
