    this has been played really well - stemmed the rapid rise and expectation so as not to get a speeding ticket - bought it back down off the highs and now is ready for the announcement.

    Great land acquired imo, with proven leadership and a tight registry.

    Further capital raisings of course, but only once the price has been steered higher.
