I should have added..... I'm proposing it could be the impact of such an announcement in the absence of facts too...
I mean... If hydrogen is to be used as a fuel, then we need to know things like economy, journey range, how distribution would take place, how the infrastructure for storage and delivery would be introduced etc etc etc...
So Mr/Mrs Market being the utterly irrational being he/she is, I guess knees would be jerking as an immediate reaction!!!
