for ages we have been told that we won't ever get a direct contract from the military - unless we build fighter jets or satellites - that everyone deals with contractors - who probably deal with prime contractors.

now - it seems that the military appear to be interested in tiny fish right way way way down the food chain


my my, that must take the military a hell of a lot of time. Amazing they can find the time in between firing bullets and things eh?

I would have thought personally that the supplier who we were dealing with (potentially) would be the one wanting assurances - not the military itself.

but, who is to say what is correct or not here - because the track record says that whatever we have been told in the past wasn't exactly correct.
