Yes, heard that before too. In reality though, more "land" is being made -everytime a council approves rural land for development, and everytime the developers put 2 houses on a block where there was 1. I started with three IP's 6 years ago, and caught the "boom", but it's been flat a s a tack for at least 2 years now with average pa growth rates reverting to more normal numbers. My shares portfolio on the otherhand has boomed, with the might Ox continuing to deliver.
