Correct me if Im wrong, but they only underwrite the portion of shares that won't be exercised? So if most have converted then they wont have much to dump? Also these 2 groups are not Pattersons, so these groups may wish to stay onboard to see sp rise.

Great announcement re company being cashed up well into 2018 (all going well) and looking forward to hearing news on Exotix update and progress towards mining licence in coming weeks
