I spoke to Rob Jolly about this. And I tried to get a Yes it is happening or No its not. But all he could say to me was that Dodo is still waiting to hear or at the very least Dodo's application has not been rejected as of this moment yet. So I guess, if it was going to be rejected they would have heard from the DCIT by now.
