Ann: New Non-Executive Director, page-3

I've just been thinking about why would they need a new 'Non- Executive Director, like Rick Crabb'
I understand Rick is Phil's younger brother, but that's no reason to pick him, but looking at his job description, he has a Law degree and he has specialised in mining corporate and commercial law.
He has advised on all legal aspects including financing and marketing, govt agreements and construction contracts for many resource developments.

Do you normally bring someone on the board with those abilities, unless you seriously think you've got more than a few ozs of gold, but potentially something substantial.

Hopefully it's the second one.

I just hope for all of us that the upcoming results will make us happy we hung in there.
