Was talking to a few South Africans on the weekend. They weren't familiar with the MRC situation but I gave them the basic outline of the situation. They said that only money talks in South Africa and that any environmental concerns won't stand in the way of development.
Looks like a bit of buying interest has returned in the past few days. Maybe an announcement isn't too far away. Maybe announcement that the N2 toll road is going ahead? According to the greenies this was supposed to be announced in July but was delayed until November to avoid any negative publicity during the World Parks Conference recently hosted by SA.
