I believe the deal is between OOK and DCC
both company's located in perth
both go into a trading halt the same day at almost the same time
OOK trading halt 8/12/17 at 10.01am
DCC trading halt 8/12/17 at 10.08am
both set to come out of their trading halts Tuesday the 12th of December
could all be a massive coincidence but I really doubt it.
