They are always going to say it was successful to keep up a positive slant to it all, but, I would think that they are very disappointed with how it went.
I feel the price may now recover a little as there was not as much dilution as many thought there would be.
What worries me now is just where the shortfall will end up, if you get my drift?
Has sweet and sour connotations to me.
