I suggest...and this is only a suggestion...If you have so many questions to ask why don't you call the office and speak to someone who can answer them for you. I've never had a problem in the past. BTW you pasted many statements from the quarterly....That to date is at the end of last month. A lot can happen in one month.
OK when you've called them post back with the answers. Don't be scared now!!!
