As I understand it QBL holds the controlling interest in MCL and this will continue when the company is listed, It has been reported that QBL holders will be first in line for the float and that the allocation will be decided not only on the amount of QBL shares ,but also crucially the LENGTH OF TIME the shares have been held, so allocation for QBL shareholders is certainly preferential compared to non holders and the MCL is without a doubt one of the most highly anticipated floats coming in 2018.
Still scratching my head as to why the share price did not kick on on Friday....in the past QBL shares have traded at these levels purely on the bauxite play before MCL was aquired,,,, great ann. on Friday 'Australias lowst cost bauxite producer".....only 5 million anticipated to kick start it.......HMMMMMMMMM....why is it so.....?
