Its seeming more and more obvious now that viable cobalt deposits = Africa. In a roaring bull market for cobalt (hasn't even hit yet), others will be viable, but taking into account tonnage, nasties and metallurgy, Africa seems the go. Now for African cobalt exposure, if you were to pick your country, looking at infrastructure, sovereign risk etc Namibia would be up the top of the list somewhere.
