Hi Zed, Thats true but the offers arent to the same parties. One is to the land owners the other I assume to the Government. Anyway that wasnt my point. My point was that there is an increase in sovereign risk with two political parties involved both with seperate agendas and secondly the 5% offer to the land owners is an indication of just how much risk is involved
