I agree to a point with the thrust of yr post but unless there is a very good explanation for them not releasing as soon as they became aware then they have failed in their duty to shareholders. Rule 3.1 is there to prevent exactly what has transpired.
I'm like you was hopeful....but mindful, of the fact that it was unlikely in the first round......but I am disappointed.
I am however more disappointed in myself for not even thinking of googling the grant site!

I think you can pretty easily draw the conclusion that someone was selling because of the grant failure but I do fear that GPP have compounded the effect....by how much, we find out tomorrow....if we are not halted or suspended. DB
