most likely Paterson's are running the book altho this is just a guess...
guys, i am not trying to downramp, i actually really like this stock... Nolan's is a great project, with high U grades as a by product in a friendly state (NT)...
however, it is a reality that they will need capital injections to get this project on the move...
it is going to be a cap raising 1.00
